Where do your orders come from?
We ship through the United States to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of these areas at this time. All of our products ship directly to your door from the USA. Normal delivery times are 3-5 days (USPS tracking provided). Due to current conditions delays can occur, delivery will take up to 15 days with these delays. If expedited processing is purchased your order will always be handled first.
What is your return policy?
Our Exchange Only Policy lasts 30 days and it takes effect from the time you receive your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or price equivalent in store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, contact customer service and request an RMA number. Return your items back to our return address (below) with your RMA number clearly labeled on the package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns may be exchanged or issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at support@safelinehealth.com. If you prefer store credit, store credit equivalent to the purchase price will be reflected in your account. Store credits are non-transferrable.
